Stone

Quartzite, and marble.

Quartzite out of a Nevada quarry, and Italian marble finished to look like centuries of wear.

The difference

Found, and made to look found.

Both are natural stone. What separates them is when the wear happened.

Stone Born

Meta-quartzite out of one Nevada quarry, worked since the 1930s. The veining was finished underground, long before anyone cut the block. It arrives honed flat at half an inch and square at the edge, in three colors and three sizes.

Timeworn Marble

Italian marble, cut small and mounted on mesh, honed and polished to arrive looking like a floor laid centuries ago. The age is applied rather than accumulated. Four shapes, two colorways.

Both go on a wall or on a floor.

In place

Warm, and pale.

Material truth

Rustic Elegance

Rough and refined at the same time. An edge where no two pieces are exactly alike. Natural stone, cut and finished, with veining nobody designed.

It is not a marketing phrase. It is a material truth. Far from perfect, and that is the whole point.
