Windsor Square Patio, Los Angeles

This Spanish-style home in the Windsor Square neighborhood of Los Angeles has a long arched loggia across the back of the house, paved in ARTO's handcrafted Artillo Arabesque Pattern 12 in Tuscan Mustard. The lantern-shaped tiles shift from warm tan to dusty rose and soft brown, with dark grout lines that trace the pattern. A wide run of steps leads from the lawn up to the loggia: the risers carry the same Arabesque pattern, while the treads are finished in larger square pieces in a matching tone. Under the arches, the tile flows past French doors and around outdoor seating, giving the covered patio the relaxed, sun-faded feel of an old courtyard.
