Vista Plaza Residence, Laguna Niguel

At this Laguna Niguel home, ARTO's handcrafted concrete runs from the front porch to the backyard. The curving entry walk and porch are paved in Smooth Brick in Normandy Cream, its warm, varied tones setting off the craftsman-style front. Out back, Roman pavers in Hacienda Limestone surround a curving lagoon pool with a rock grotto and waterfall, then continue under the lit pergola to the outdoor kitchen and bar. The pavers' textured, stone-like surface and soft sandy color suit the garden setting. Inside, a bathroom floor uses Artillo Arabesque Pattern 8C in Winslet, adding pattern underfoot beside a tub framed in white tile.
