Tustin Residence

This Tustin home uses ARTO's handcrafted concrete tile inside and out. The entry hall, spiral stair landing and living areas are laid in Artillo San Felipe in Tuscan Mustard, a warm, mottled field set with small hand-painted Decos inserts, and the same color wraps the fireplace hearth. A bathroom floor uses Artillo Arabesque Pattern 11A in Creme Fraiche, and the powder room is lined with a Studio 2C pattern. Outdoors, Roman pavers in Hacienda cover the courtyards and a hilltop terrace, cap the planters and fountain, and form stair treads with colorful Decos risers. Smooth Brick in Creme Fraiche, laid in herringbone, runs along the pool deck, garden paths and the covered loggia, tying the grounds together in soft terracotta and cream tones.
