Siena House, Long Beach

Siena House is a Spanish-style home in Long Beach finished with a mix of handcrafted concrete and ceramic tile. Through the family room, hallway and laundry, Artillo 6-inch Hexagon in Early Gray covers the floors in soft sand and stone tones, carrying on into a tiled dog wash. The bathroom floor turns dark and graphic with Studio Conche 8-inch tile in Black Diamond, a deep charcoal glaze laid in overlapping fan shapes, with Studio 3x3 squares in the same color nearby. Outside, the balcony and a small patio are paved in Artillo Arabesque Pattern 2C, a star-and-cross layout in blue-gray and cream. At the front door, hand-painted decos line the risers of the curved entry steps beneath terracotta-toned treads.
