Pismo Beach Patio

This Pismo Beach home extends its living space outdoors with a covered patio paved in ARTO's handcrafted concrete brick in Bastogne. Laid in a herringbone pattern, the brick runs from the open living room doors across the loggia and out to a sunny terrace with views of palms and ocean sky. The same brick wraps a low step along the house and surrounds a square fire table set into built-in bench seating. Bastogne's mix of warm terracotta, blush and sandy tones sits easily with the stucco walls, clay pots and woven furniture, and the soft variation from brick to brick gives the patio a relaxed, sun-worn look that suits the Central Coast setting.
