Laguna Beach Historic Remodel

This historic Laguna Beach home carries handcrafted ARTO concrete tile from the front path to the interior staircase. In the kitchen, Artillo Arabesque Pattern 8C in Winslet covers the floor with soft blue star shapes on a warm sand ground, a fitting base for the blue cabinetry, and the same floor continues down the hallway. One bathroom is floored in Artillo Hexagon in Josie Blend, a warm terracotta range, while another uses small San Felipe tile in Cafe Olay, its scalloped edges traced by pale grout. Decorative tiles frame the arched living room fireplace and dress the risers of the interior stairs. Outside, square Artillo tile in Josie Blend paves the entry path, and patterned risers lead up the steps to the front door.
