Glazed Brick Shower, Fresno

In this Fresno bathroom, handcrafted 2x8 glazed brick in Chrome lines the walk-in shower from floor to ceiling. Set vertically in a soldier stack, the bricks show a soft gray-green glaze with subtle speckling and color shifts that change with the light. The same brick wraps a built-in shower bench and frames a recessed niche filled with a blue and gray geometric deco tile. Out in the main room, ARTO's Studio Conche 8x8 in Rhino covers the floor, its scalloped fan shapes repeating past a long walnut double vanity with vessel sinks. A band of the Chrome brick runs along the top of the vanity wall, tying the shower and the rest of the bathroom together.
