Geagea Designs Pool Deco

This backyard pool is finished with a custom band of 12-inch handpainted decorative tile set just below the coping. Each tile carries a star medallion pattern drawn in teal, black, gold and white, and repeated end to end the medallions form a lively ribbon that runs around the pool. Seen through clear water, the pattern softens and shimmers, while from the deck it reads crisp and graphic. The deco band sits between bright blue water and a deck of large concrete pavers set with grass joints, giving the clean lines of the yard a handmade, Mediterranean accent. Because every piece is painted by hand, small shifts in line and color give the band a warm, crafted character up close.
