At Francine in Scottsdale, ARTO's handcrafted Standard 2x8 thin brick in Early Gray wraps the restaurant's facade. The pale, softly mottled brick runs from the street-facing wall with the Francine sign down to the patio, where it frames black steel doors and tall windows under a warm wooden pergola. Laid in a classic running bond, each concrete brick shows slight variations in tone and edge, giving the light gray wall a gently weathered, hand-finished look. Lantern sconces, potted olive trees and terracotta planters line the patio, and woven chairs sit at teak tables right against the brick. Through the open doors, the bar inside picks up the same relaxed, sunlit mood.
