Corte Madera Shopping Center

At this Corte Madera shopping center, ARTO's handcrafted California Pavers turn the open walkways into places to sit and linger. The main plaza is paved in 8" hexagon pavers in a loose blend of Ocean Green Light and Early Gray, the soft green-blue and pale gray shapes scattered across the ground like a quilt. The hexagons run along the shop fronts and around wood benches, planters and lounge chairs, giving the outdoor rooms a calm, cool base. In a separate seating area, 6x8 Durango pavers in Sonora Sunset and Mission Red form a warm rug beneath armchairs and a low table in front of the stores. Both are concrete pavers made for steady outdoor foot traffic.
