BottleKeeper Office Facade

This single-story office building is wrapped in ARTO's Antik Brick in Used Red. The brick runs around the street corner and follows a gently curved wall, framed by a deep wood-trimmed overhang, large black windows and a crisp white stucco tower. Each brick mixes warm brick red with chalky white residue, so the facade reads like old reclaimed masonry rather than new construction. Near the entry, the brick meets warm cedar soffits and a black door, and the close-up shows the varied faces and wide gray mortar joints that give the wall its hand-laid character. Against the clear sky and the plain white walls next door, the red and white brick gives the building a warm, lived-in presence on the block.
