Belmont Senior Living Center

At this senior living community, ARTO hand-painted deco tile brings color to a Mediterranean-style campus. Around the pool, a band of decos runs along the waterline, and matching tile panels are set into the stucco garden wall, each framed by a raised border. The pattern repeats deep blue and teal medallions with touches of gold, green and red, laid edge to edge so the circles link into a continuous lattice. On the three-story buildings, the same tile appears in tall, narrow inlays between windows and in a wide panel above a garden bench, carrying the pool's color out to the facades and tying the courtyards and entries together.
