North Country Bath and Mudroom

Two rooms in this home are floored in ARTO's handcrafted Artillo concrete tile in soft grays. The primary bath has Artillo 4x16 laid in herringbone, a 50/50 mix of Natural Gray Limestone and Sidewalk Gray Limestone that gives the floor gentle shifts in tone under the freestanding tub, glass shower and long wood vanity. Close up, the mottled limestone surface shows the hand-made character of each plank. In the mudroom, a built-in bench and navy cabinetry sit on Artillo Arabesque Pattern 3, where the cross shapes are in Early Gray Limestone, the spears in Natural Gray Limestone and the dots in Gray Myst Limestone, creating a quiet three-tone pattern underfoot.
